Residential and non-residential retreats for Principals and leadership teams are a new offering.   Residential retreats are able to be held at Vince’s home base, Weta Cove Lodge in the idyllic Marlborough Sounds, New Zealand.  This, along with a neighbouring house, provide a tranquil setting in  beautiful native bush, overlooking the Sounds.  This is the perfect place for quiet reflection and innovative thinking away from the frenzy of school life.  The program aims to engender trust, build confidence, while recognising and developing the strengths and untapped potential of individual team members.    It is  designed to deepen understanding of what research tells us about effective leaders, while developing leadership practices tailored to the participant’s specific roles.  Leadership retreats offer a transformative leadership experience.
